Update Company is a second generation family business. We buy old buildings in the Midway area, then completely renovate them. Then we lease the buildings to office and warehouse users. Currently we own and manage 8 buildings, with about 80 tenant suites. We have office space from 500 sq. ft. to 25,000 sq. ft. Our specialty is small busineses and nonprofit organizations.
